3 red flags I regularly see in (early stage) startup pitch decks.

- No revenue, no waitlist, no traction
- A rapid expansion plan
- Targeting different industries, different kinds of clients

How to fix it:

- Get that traction, get validation
- Be realistic, you are a small team. You can´t do it all
- Go niche, solve a problem for a specific industry or type of client, gain expertise and credibility in that space
