The 6 most important questions to ask yourself before starting your company:
- What is the problem you want to solve?
- Who has the problem?
- Are there existing solutions to the problem?
- Do you have indications of a willingness to pay for the problem to get solved?
Last but not least:
- Why do you care about this problem?
- Why are you the right person to solve it?
The problem/founder fit is as essential as the problem/solution and product/market fit.
